Dr Cullimore has held positions in the past at US and UK companies such as:
Novell, Digital Research, Xircom, Poqet Computer Corporation, Fujitsu, British Aerospace, Psion, Thorn-EMI.

He has also been the founder of several successfull hi-tech startups,
and has been the originator of many unique and ground-breaking technologies:

• One of the first software engineers at Psion, working on the first PDAs (1983)
• Inventor of the world's first Pocket PC, licensed as The Atari Portfolio (1988)
• Original instigator of the PCMCIA PC Card industry movement (1989)
• Inventor of Informal Interface technology (1993)
